Hi, Are There Any Supplements I Can Take To Help

Hi, are there any supplements I can take to help internal healing post c section? I had a section in Oct and still experiencing pain and discomfort when trying to have sex (not yet got v far due to the pain). I'm still breastfeeding but cutting back significantly as my doctor advised this might help.
