Hi As Of Yesterday Both My Feet Have Swollen But

Hi as of yesterday both my feet have swollen but with no other symptoms. I work in construction so I'm very active all day. My current job is a bathroom fit where I have to walk up 6 flights of steps carrying kit and materials up and down at least once an hour in an eight hour shift. Could this cause the swelling?
