Hi As Per My USG My Menstrual Age Is 9w

Hi as per my USG my menstrual age is 9w 4 d and CRL 4.1 mm
6w-1d + - 3d Gestation age by usg
But showing without cardiac activities and i hv been injected also 2 days before day before tomorrow i hd one spot. Yesterday i hd 2 spot in morning . Today i hv 2 spot in mrng and 2 spot in noon. Doctor advised me day before yesterday for repear ulrasound. What should i do. For 2 days i m total bed rest
