Hi At The Moment I Have What I Think Is

Hi at the moment I have what I think is tonsillitis as there were the white spots and all in the back of my mouth and I have gotten antibiotics for this. But the roof of my mouth is also look whitish/ grayish and was wondering if this is part of it or not and what I should do? Thanks
