Hi, Been Experiencing Discomfort And Pain Throughout My Left Shoulder

Hi, been experiencing discomfort and pain throughout my left shoulder area and neck, especially in the morning when i start my long drive to work. Tried massage, deep tissue. bothers me most when sitting still. get a small amount of relief when arm is in different position. any suggestions. Btw, this has been going on about 2 months now. Thx
