Hi, Both My Testis Are Undescended And The Doctor Says

Hi, both my testis are undescended and the doctor says it Seems to since birth itself. I don't remember when exactly but I think I had testes before and they are lost in middle of my teenage maybe.

The doctor says we need to find it in abdomen and bring it back to scrotum but there is no chance of me becoming a father for a child.

Any suggestions if there is an alternative for this to make me fertile ?
