Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...In recent years every time I receive an injection of steroid in muscle it leaves an indention that last for months. My new pain doctor wants to do injections in my spine. I have been told to never have these again and told the doctor but he said it is "protocol" Any advise?
