Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... I have back problems including spinal stenosis a ruptured disk and I’m not sure what it’s called but my L-5 &S-1 are miss aligned the L-5 in sitting away from my spinal cord 9 mm along with a few other problems. I strained my back today and now I’m having really intense pain in my lover back different than before. As well as a painthat seems to Every 2-3 minuets or so feel it in my genitalia/anil regen and down my right leg like a bolt of electric and some other feelings. It is difficult to express how it feels and it’s sore like it usually is (my back butt and down the back of both of my legs) but this is different. There is also a bit of blood on the toilet paper and in my stool the blood is red on the paper and stool not brown or anything
