I have no voice, but it comes and goes. Tight cough that I have in spells and when I lay down. I cough so hrad I lose my breath and nearly vomit. Running low grade feever deom 99 to 101. What ahould I do ? So I need immediate help or just go to a dr or clinic tomorrow
