Just had a blood test.Fasting blood glucose was 100. I am a whole food plant based eater. I eat only fruits(including 6 prunes a day), veggies, nuts & seeds, beans, and whole grains. I have been intermittent fasting( only eating between 12:30-6:30 most days. Exercise regularly-walking, rebounder, yoga. I am 67 years old, normal weight. Could the intermittent fasting be causing high blood glucose? Should I cut out dried fruit?
