Hi I am taking a collagen supplement in drink form. I have seen some improvement in elasticity and nails. I have a very healthy routine. I'm 72 still working very fit.
HOWEVER I seemed to haves suddenly developed a visceral girth which I never had and my body shape around this area has changed.suddenly can't fasten clothes.
