Actually my main problem is that I am masterbating for 3 years and after that I become very weak I cannot control my urges for masterbation I cannot focus on my self my mind keeps on diverting because of full day in my office I am really tired of full day work I go home I find myself alone so I cannot stop or control myself I really want to stop all my urges what should I do
