My migraines always cause vomiting, . However, this last one, while vomiting, I got nose bleeds twice. Then vomited blood. I also have factor V Leiden and am in my first year of menopause. I'm almost 48 years old. I also have degenerated disc in my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. What can I do to stop my migraines when they start and should I be concerned about how violent this last migraine was?
