Hi, I have really bad knee pain and I was wondering what could be causing it. The pain is both on the lower part of my knee (on the inside of my leg) and in the center (on the outside part of my leg). If I jump off of a surface that is 1ft above the ground (or less), there is a sharp stabbing pain that would be about an 8. There’s also a dull achy pain when I’m just lying down and not putting pressure on it. Walking doesn’t hurt unless it is up/down hill.
