I have had a fever consistently since Monday. Each day I get a new symptom. Started w achy ness, then fatigue, then loss of appetite, today a severe headache, stiff neck, started bleeding (which I assume my period started early) and now I have a big white patch and some smaller white lesions in my vaginal area that just appeared today
