Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...47 yrs old, experience Perimenopause symptoms for 5 years. Irregular periods. 6/7/18 had a normal period, first one in 10.5 months. 6/29/18 had another period, still have very light spotting on the 8th day. I had a uterine biopsy in Dec 2017 that came back benign. My transvaginal US showed I have Adenomyosis. I’m concerned that this spotting is something serious. I’m not experiencing any pain and I did have cramping and breast tenderness 5 days before my last period 6/29. Is this spotting common during menopause and could it be caused from Adenomyosis? Or is this still part of my menses? I never stopped bleeding from the day I started my period, but the spotting is very light and not consistent all day. Comes and goes. Any insight would be appreciated
