I have Pemphigus vulgaris of the palate. I’ve been on 40 mg of Prednisone once a day and also Mycophenslate mofatile twice a day 500mg. Plus two oral rinses. It will be my 10th day. There has been no improvement. How long does it take to start to improve? Should my medicine be adjusted? Thank you
