Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...im 51 an need to lose weight.my back dr. wants me to lose weight saying it would be better for me.then to have back surgery. I would have to lose like a 100pounds. I would need help. Do you think the b12 shots would help me? Thanks mafonna
