Hi Can I Ask A Question?am 21 Female Last Night

Hi can I ask a question?am 21 female Last night around 6ish I had a really bad turn and couldn't stop vomiting and my leggs went all weak my temp went right up but my feet and hand were very cold I couldn't walk without collapsing and when I lay down the room spun I can't eat or drink with out being sick all I have done is lay in bed my head is still really hurting, my nana said if am nt better by tomorrow she's getting a doctor I have only been sick twice today but am nt eating or drinking when I am being sick it's like yellow thick and tastes horrible xxx
