Hi can someone help me my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive from last year October, nothing has happened from then till now but from last week ive been noticing im suffering with constipation, on and off headaches, back pain, discharge, lower abdomen pains for the past 3 days and then this morning I vomited, I take centrum multivitamin from Monday to Friday so this morning I had my tea as usual and took my tablet then I feel naar all of a sudden and threw up, could I be pregnant, I, scared of taking a pregnancy test as I feel maybe it would be negative like all the other times, its just for me to throw up for nothing is strange.
