Hi Can You Help Me I Am.on Warfarin And Clexane

Hi can you help me I am.on warfarin and clexane injections everyday and I am currently bleeding but not had a period in a year which is normal but it coming out of.me like a tap and clots in it also have a pain at top of ribs in middle and think it could be connected ? Is this normal ?
