Hi, can you please give me some advice for the following symptoms?
Runny nose, congested, nauseous, no fever just cold with chills. Body aches. No diarrhea. No stomach pain. I have taken, NyQuil, Advil, nasal spray, and pepto but nothing seems to be working.
