Hi Can You Please Help I Have Seen A Dermatologist

Hi can you please help I have seen a dermatologist about this condition but he was not able to help me.Each The skin for Each of my fingers are peeling off constantly. I get cuts for no reason at all , skin open up( splits). This condition is going on for 2-3 months. I use gloves to do dishes and finger tips to protect the cracks.

I have tried Straight Vit E. Loads of hand lotion especially after washing. Lotion used is Eucerin intense repair, gold Bond intense healing and Working hands cream for cracks.( use 10-15 times a day) The fingers are not itchy. The doctors thought I may have some form of eczema so I applies cream but that didn't work. What is going on with me. What can I do?
