Hi, Can You Tell The Difference Between Athletes Heart Enlargment

Hi, can you tell the difference between athletes heart enlargment and cardiomyopathy? I have left ventricular hyperthropy and my doctor says its cause of me playing soccer but i want a second opinion. I got an echo done, here are the values. Can you tell me which one it is? Athletes heart or cardiomyopathy?

im a 22 year old guy. Have done sports for a few years, mainly soccer, which involves alot of running. Got an echo done for a murmur and it showed i had left ventricular hypertrophy. It could be cause of the soccer or cause cardiomyopathy though. How do i know which one it is?
