Hi could someone help me?
I wake up in a morning and have a fag like I always do but after that I will go dizzy, i start to swear but go completely cold, I then get this "pins and needles" feeling all over my body then a thumping in my head, is there something wrong with me?
It's starting to scare me now, as the other week I had some sort of fit after a fag.
