Hi Dear Doctor, My Wife Is Pregnant And 22nd Week

Hi dear doctor, my wife is pregnant and 22nd week going on . Now since 3 days she is having lower abdominal cramps and pain .pain is feeling irregular intervels and relieves. There is no signs of contractions ,bleeding or water leakege. She is having constipation too. What we should do for relieve pain abdomen and cramps. Kindly answer my question... thanks @ Dilip
