Hi Dear, I Am Not Sure If Im Pregnant Yet.

Hi dear, i am not sure if im pregnant yet. My hubby and i got married last june. Before the wed my period was regular (mid month, lasted 4-5days). In july i just didnt have my periods but i had nausea, breast tenderness, etc; from august to october my periods started lasting between 8-17 days.... I still have nausea, migranes, my belly is huge but i still have my periods. I tried a pregancy unire test but because of my periods it doesnt work. What else should i do? What would be your best guess Dr?
