Hi Dear Sir / Madam I Have One Question About

Hi dear sir / madam
I have one question about my problem would you please reply me.
it's around 2 week that I have got headache with blood spot in my eyes several times and problem in eyesight (especially for long distance), I have also got problem in my neck, it's very stiff.
i personally think all these problems are related together, could you please tell me what is my illness? is it a big problem? am I in danger?
