Hi Doc! I Bent Me Penis A Little Bit Deep

Hi doc! I bent me penis a little bit deep down and i felt the sound "pop" near my penis! then it immediately lost erection ! BUT IT WASN'T HURT, BLEEDING OR CHANGING COLOR! i went to urgent clinic, the doctor said :it is less than 1% that something wrong with my penis, i should go home and check the erection tomorrow, if something is wrong, come back! I checked it today and i still cannot have the erection and it feel like there is no muscle in there! I want to ask if what is going on and SHOULD i go back to that doctor or go to another urologic clinic?
