Hi doc,
I got a certian discomfort in my right side of the arm close to te shoulder, there is a slight discomfort I feel. As in when I cough it feels some thing is stuck in my right top area of the arm. I am an active sports man as well hitting all most fourty and I smoke almost a pack a day since the last at least eight to ten years
