Hi Doc, I Had Black Nail At Big Toenail And

Hi doc, I had black nail at big toenail and I had removed it 2 years back by myself. Later it converted into fleshy lump under the same nail. My question is that is there any medicine available to remove it or do I have the o
nly option of surgery as the nail looks ugly and puffy. And even if I go with surgery will the new nail appear normal as others or will come as the ugly one.
