Hi Doc , I Had Ropey 3inch Line Left Lower

Hi doc , I had ropey 3inch line left lower abdominal area I can feel about 2 small lumps had for 7years now the problem is if I feel them to much gets inflamed I was on methadone so used to strain a lot now I'm almost off that but I get watery stool and mucus maybe withdrawal symtoms or could this be masking the problem? Does this sound like diverculittis
