Hi Doc. I Have A Keloid On My Chest, Cleavage

Hi doc. I have a keloid on my chest, cleavage part. Its been more than 10 yrs now and 4 yrs now its been oozing with pus and blood. I went through unroofing, but still it gets infected as usual and pus still coming out. What is the best solution? And why my chest keloid has recurrent infection.
