Hi Doc. I Have Been Suffering With Vertigo From 5

Hi doc. I have been suffering with vertigo from 5 October. Ent diagnosed as mienerrs disease. Have been taking serc for past 2 wks.there is a slight imp. However I still feel dizzy in the mornings. There is a continuous shhhh sound in my right ears. Hearing is a bit clouded. Often lose hearing and feel disoriented. Pls help.
