Hi Doc, I Have Lots Of Clearly Visible Veins On

Hi doc, I have lots of clearly visible veins on the back of my throat. I have what feels like muscular pain in the left front part of my neck in the hollow area between my collarbones. I've had a lot of sinus mucous over the past few weeks. I'm developing a cold sore in the middle of my lower lip. I had my tonsils removed when I was 17, I'm 43 now. I'm starting to get headaches. I had gastritis and pancreatitis last December. My gall bladder was removed 5 years ago. I smoke about 20 cigarettes a day. Hope this will help to diagnose my symptoms.
