Hi Doc! I Have Two Dachshund Puppies That I Just

Hi doc! I have two dachshund puppies that I just bought last Tuesday and yesterday while cleaning their box, one puppy was seeking my attention and tried to reach me thus giving me a small scratch on my right inner thigh. It took me an hour before I noticed that it bled a little so I let i bleed more and washed it with soap and water.. by evening i washed it again then put Mupirocin before sleeping.. My question is, would I still need another vaccination even if I was already vaccinated last jan2015 due to a puppy bite?
