Hi Doc I Have Undergone My First IVf Cycle,today Is

Hi doc
I have undergone my first IVf cycle,today is 14th day from the embryos transfer....i started spottings as well as cramping and spottings is like bleeding while passing urine.
Two embroys transfered with grade A one with 4 cell and other with 8 cell
Please advise wheather my ivf cycle failed
