Hi Doc I M 36 And M Trying To Conceive

Hi doc I m 36 and m trying to conceive from 5 months but couldn't . This month doc have advised me for 3 injection at 4,6and 8 day. On ninth day I went for u/s my . I got three follicle ...size is 21*15;18*15;11*15...my period cycle is 29 days .Today I went for u/s again and my follicle size increase from earlier size to 24*17;27*24:11*15... M I able to conceive during this cycle and when my follicle will rapture. Please confirm my ovulation time . What will the best time to intimate to get pregnant
