Hi doc. I recently married and shifted to new place. Due to shifting, settling home, I was undergone through mental and physical stress. I missed the period. I did pregnancy test for three times, result was negative. I am also suffering from constipation and gastric problem which cause increased in weight and Belly fat. Please provide solutions.
