Hi Doc I Was Prescribed A Dose Of Cifran Tablets

Hi doc
I was prescribed a dose of cifran tablets and the doc said I hev a lump in my womb.my question is is it possible for me to be pregnant and hev a lump at the same time and would the dosage harm my pregnancy because I have been having pregnant symptoms ?
the other thing is I have been trying to get pregnant and so does this lump prevent me from falling pregnant?
