Hi Doc I Went To My Doc With A Swelling

Hi doc I went to my doc with a swelling and pain in my ankle from a cactos spike that parce in to the ankle I was given zero dollars-p but my concern is dose this have any negative impact on the kidney because I have a slight kidney issue so I always scared of taking pain meds. And another issue is high creatinine and gfr of 60 is meaning that the kidney is deteriorating
