I woke up this morning after spending a number of hours in the sun yesterday feeling nauseous, with a headache down the right hand side of my head travelling in behind my ear and I can't stop yawning. I did have a four hour sleep yesterday afternoon, and about 6-7 hours of broken sleep last night. I also feel very hot although my skin feels cool.
I'm not sure if its too much sun, or my sinus is playing up or what's going on.
