Hi Doc. My 6 Months Baby S Passin Dark Green

Hi doc. My 6 months baby s passin dark green sticky stools since past 3 days and strains while passing flatus. Pls help me out. He was diagnosed occult bacteremia 3 weeks back and was given iv antibiotics. He s on both breast milk and nan pro. Can enterogermina be given now? And wat else to be done?
