Hi Doc Gud Eve..a Couple Days Ago I Had An

Hi doc gud eve..a couple days ago i had an x ray and the result was suspicious few infiltrates seen and i was suggsted to do an apicolordotic view so i did it and the result was additional lordotic view shows fibrotic residua in both upper lobes.few patchy infilltrates are seen the right upper libe due to pneumonitis and minimal ptb...interval follow uo after 2 weeks is reccomended..i also did an AFB (sputum) and the result was no acid fast bacilli seen..can u plz discuss the for me doc and what medicine can u advise for me..plz i need this for my employment
