Hi Doc, I Had Unprotected Sex With My Girlfriend On

Hi doc, i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on the night of 27th may 2016 and i had her take Postinor 2 on the night of 28th may 2016. However she took the 2 tablets at once. Again we had sex in the early hours of 29th may and the condom tore. Questions:
1. Should i get her another dose of postinor 2 tablets?
2. Will Postinor 2 be effective inbetween unprotected sex as is the case here?
