Hi doc.. i m diagnosed by hypothyroidism.. n m tsh value is 9.. t4 also slight decrease.. should i start thyroid replacement treatment or wait?? Coz i have no problem of weight gain.. n once i start treatment den is der necessary to take medicine for a life time..??
