Hi Doc, I Never Had Menstrual Cramps Before. My Period

Hi doc, i never had menstrual cramps before. My period is irregular. Usually I will have some brown discharge days before my period. Recently, I had severe menses cramps with heavy bleeding without the normal symptom. I wasn't pregnant though trying. I was given diclofenace and progestone injections to relieve the pain and stop the bleeding. It works.. but the day after, the cramps is back and was there continuosly though it wasnt as painful as before and is still bearable. It is at the left abdominal. Went for another check and with a scan, so far the ovaries and womb is fine. I was then given a tramadol injection, got me dizzy and the pain still lingers. Shortly after doing blood test to confirm the negative pregnancy, I was then given pontalon mefenamic acid for 2 weeks prescription. Will there be any side effects? As of now, the cramps/pain at my lower center and left abdominal still lingers. Should I worry? Is there anymore tests that I can go to? Thank you.
