Hi Doc, I Was Siting On The Floor And Suddenly

Hi doc, i was siting on the floor and suddenly felt bad pain like an air pocket stuck in my left ankle..i am in excruciating pain till now..i had this twice before and had to walk n twist my ankle n there was a click sound like the air released n it was okay..but this tyme its been 4 hours n its not released the click sound no matter how i move..i know that if the click noise comes it will b ok but its not...please help doc
