Hi doc, its mammy here, im 28 yrs nd got married in 2012, I've been struggling to conceive, I did HSG and comment was that "bilateral tubal patency with a localised spill in keeping with peritubular adhesions". Can u please explain what it means and if I'll be able to conceive natural or if my tubes are blocked. Thank you.
