Hi Doc, I've Been Taking Pregnacare For 2 Days Since

Hi doc, i've been taking pregnacare for 2 days since i missed my period for almost 6weeks during this time i have that feeling of being pregnant but after taking the test after 6 weeks the result is negative then i tried to take the pregnacare immediately as advised by my friend then after 2 days got my period. Do i still need to continue to take the pregnacare even i have my period now? Thanks
